  • What is Bensons Workwear returning policy?
    All goods manufactured as bespoke garments cannot be returned as they are made specifically for the customer. Therefore, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. All deposits for bespoke orders are also non-refundable. However, goods supplied from stock may, at our discretion, be returned for credit no later than 7 days. A handling charge of 15% will be applied. Please note that any goods returned must be in their original condition and with proof of purchase. We take great pride in the quality of our clothing and accessories, and we want our customers to feel confident in their purchases.     For all EU countries including Ireland, UK, France & Germany, free delivery applies to all orders over €199 (exclusive of VAT) A carriage charge of €10.00 applies to all orders under €199. For Ireland we offer nest day delivery over €99. A carriage charge of €7.00 applies to all Irish orders under €99. Ireland: Next day delivery before 1 pm UK: 48 hours delivery France & Germany: 2 to 3 days delivery service
