How Do I Place An Order?​

Delivery

 

Goods received must not be accepted unless carefully inspected. Loss or damage in transit must be notified to BENSONS WORKWEAR by email within 24 hours. Goods supplied will be the property of Bensons Workwear unless paid in full. Goods kept in our warehouse over 5 days stogage charge of €25 per week per pallet will apply thereafter unless agreed with account handler.

  • For all EU countries including Ireland, UK, France & Germany, free delivery applies to all orders over €199 (exclusive of VAT)
    A carriage charge of €10.00 applies to all orders under €199.

  • For Ireland we offer nest day delivery over €99. A carriage charge of €7.00 applies to all Irish orders under €99.
    Ireland: Next day delivery before 1 pm

  • UK: 48 hours delivery

  • France & Germany: 2 to 3 days delivery service

 

Returns

All goods manufactured (bespoke garments) cannot be returned. Bespoke garments are non-refundable and non-returnable. All deposits for bespoke orders are non refundable. 

Goods supplied from stock may, at our discretion, be returned for credit no later than 7 days; a handling charge of %15 will be applied. A request to return goods for whatever reason will not be considered unless received within 7 days of delivery.

Where returns are agreed, return carriage will be at customers risk and cost regardless of the circumstances.

Any garments that are accepted for returns must be sent to us in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. A return authorization (return number) must be obtained prior to the return of the goods. Any claims for shortages or discrepancies must be notified to Bensons Workwear in writing within 7 days of delivery date.
